About The Sprigler Company

The Sprigler Company, founded in 1948, focused on constructing single family homes and residential apartment communities. In the mid-2000’s, the Company’s focus branched out into commercial development and consulting, while continuing to own and manage apartment communities throughout Southern Indiana. To date, The Sprigler Company owns and manages various multi-family, retail and medical Properties, specializes in commercial rehabilitation, general construction, and commercial consulting. The Company is involved in several high-profile land acquisitions and developments in the Kentuckiana area.

Brent and Chad joined the family business in the nineties, officially marking the Third Generation of The Sprigler Company. Brent and J. Chad worked side by side with their father in the development, construction and management of residential homes and apartment complexes.
